Ingredients:
Nameko mushroom: 200g
Chicken breast: 100g, sliced
Tofu: 100g, cut into cubes
Ginger slices: 3 slices
Salt: appropriate amount
Pepper: appropriate amount
Water: appropriate amount
Method:
Wash nameko mushrooms and slice chicken breasts for later use.
Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add ginger slices and chicken breast slices and cook until done.
Add nameko mushrooms and tofu cubes and bring to a boil.
