Green beans used for quick freezing should be kept fresh and tender, with a bright green color, uniform and slender stripes, no spots, no pests or diseases, and no other pollution. Any pests, diseases, abrasions, or deformities shall be removed; Varieties without lateral reinforcement should have their sharp ends cut off; Varieties with side ribs should have the side ribs removed and the sharp ends cut off. Then wash the green beans in clean water 3-4 times.
