Frozen Pomelo Pulp supply for commercial buyers
We supply frozen pink pomelo pulp as coarse fragments and juice-sac material for beverages and fruit preparations. This form differs from intact citrus segments and smooth puree; membrane, seed residue and free liquid need their own limits.
We compare a packed sample with your screening, blending or visible-texture process. We confirm fragment distribution and liquid release before quotation, while any intact-segment or pureed preparation requires a separate specification.
Product forms
Bagged coarse pomelo pulp
The source bag shows rough fragments and juice sacs; it does not establish uniform segments or a smooth processed puree.
Intact segments or puree as separate inquiries
The bag shows coarse fragments. Intact segments or puree would be separate products requiring new evidence. Either alternate form needs its own product evidence, texture standard and offer.
Purchasing risks and acceptance checks
Appearance and identity: pink flesh color and natural color variation.
We set a lot reference for the visible color and selected form of pomelo pulp.
The buyer receives a coarse-pulp reference rather than an intact-segment promise.
Foreign parts and defects: peel, thick membrane, seeds and excessive liquid separation.
We sample for thick membrane, seeds, coarse pulp texture and free liquid and agree which findings are defects versus allowed natural variation.
Seeds, membrane pieces and free liquid can be counted independently.
Functional performance: bitterness from thick membrane and uncontrolled free liquid.
We trial the bagged pulp in the buyer's screening or blending process and assess retained sac texture and liquid yield.
A plant trial shows whether the sac texture survives or breaks down in the intended process.

Product specifications
We match the form, grade and acceptance method to the agreed sample and your application.
| Item | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Product identity | Bagged coarse pink pomelo pulp or juice-sac fragments; exact source lot and pulp grade to be confirmed. |
| Primary form | Coarse pulp fragments in a clear bag. Intact segments and smooth puree are not shown. |
| Appearance | Agree a reference for pink flesh color and natural color variation; define acceptable natural variation and reject defects separately. |
| Size and grade | Set coarse-fragment texture and limits for membrane, seeds and free liquid in the sealed bag. |
| Critical defects | Agree inspection limits for peel, thick membrane, seeds and excessive liquid separation, including how a buyer will sample a received carton. |
| Analytical targets | If soluble solids or acidity matters to the processor, test the actual coarse pulp with its free-liquid fraction by an agreed method. |
Preparation and frozen processing
- Pomelo Pulp lot selection. We begin with the selected fruit lot and record the identity relevant to pink citrus flesh with pulp fragment and membrane characteristics.
- Preparation and removal. We discuss peel, seed and thick-membrane removal for the coarse pulp. The visible form is fragments or juice-sac material; no intact-segment separation or pureeing step is established.
- Form and size control. We agree coarse-pulp texture, membrane tolerance and free-liquid level on a packed sample. An intact-segment or puree order would require another form and process review.
- Packed pomelo pulp release. We inspect for peel, thick membrane, seeds and excessive liquid separation, check net weight and seal integrity, and match carton identification to the lot record.

Quality control
We inspect the coarse pink pulp for thick membrane, seeds, peel pieces and free liquid. The approved sample defines acceptable fragment texture; it does not promise intact segments or smooth puree.
We sample the bag for membrane pieces and seeds, then observe how much free liquid separates from the coarse pulp. The visible juice sacs are part of the texture discussion; they must not be described as whole segments or a smooth puree.

Applications and quality requirements
| Application | Buyer channel | Purchasing requirement |
|---|---|---|
| Pomelo pulp for beverage processing | Beverage manufacturers | Specify membrane and seed limits, then test extraction and visible pulp suspension in the buyer’s formula. |
| Citrus fruit preparations | Fruit-preparation plants | Agree coarse-pulp texture, free-liquid level and pink color before choosing a filling or fruit-base process. |
| Bagged pomelo ingredient distribution | Foodservice ingredient distributors | Review bag seal, carton support and the customer’s further-processing use; do not present the bag as ready-to-use intact segments. |

Packing and private label
The photographed pulp is inside a clear bag. Seal integrity, free-liquid behavior and carton support matter because leakage can damage neighboring cartons.
The rough pulp and liquid fraction must be assessed in the actual sealed bag, including leakage and pressure after frozen handling. Any retail or foodservice description should say coarse pulp or fragments, not intact pomelo segments.

Documents and traceability
The pomelo lot record connects membrane, seed and free-liquid checks to the bagged coarse-pulp sample.
Invoice and packing list describe coarse pulp fragments; intact segments or smooth puree require separate products.

Frozen storage and delivery
A flat bag can leak or deform under pressure. We inspect seals and plan carton support for the bagged frozen pulp.

Flat pulp bags need carton support so seals do not take the weight of neighboring goods. The coarse-pulp lot and bag count remain visible on shipment papers.

Frequently asked questions
Is this intact pomelo segments?
No intact segments are visible in the selected bag photo. It shows coarse pulp fragments or juice-sac material.
Is the product a smooth puree?
No. The visible bag contains textured pulp, not a smooth homogeneous puree.
How is membrane tolerance set?
We agree a reference sample and a limit for thick membrane that could add bitterness.
Can the pulp contain seeds?
Seed removal and the residual-seed limit must be stated in the actual order specification.
What free-liquid level is acceptable?
The buyer’s process determines the limit; we check it in a thawed test sample under agreed conditions.
Can intact segments be requested separately?
They would require a different source sample and preparation confirmation. We do not infer availability from this pulp photo.
Can coarse pomelo texture vary within one bag?
It may. We sample across the bag and compare fragment size, juice sacs and free liquid with the approved reference.
How is free liquid judged?
We inspect the packed bag after handling and agree a practical liquid allowance for the buyer's process.
Can the same artwork represent smooth puree?
No. A puree would require separate processing evidence and texture specifications.
Does membrane removal affect the quote?
Yes, the agreed membrane and seed limit affects sorting and usable yield. We quote the actual coarse-pulp grade.
Which records support a pomelo pulp order?
The coarse texture, membrane and seed limits, packed lot and any requested analysis should remain linked.
Can this pulp serve a visible-segment dessert?
Not as an intact-segment promise. The buyer should trial whether the coarse fragments give the desired texture.
