Frozen Food Supply for Trading Companies & Distributors

You manage your customer relationship. We coordinate frozen food supply and shipment from China.

We work with qualified production sites and partner factories to supply frozen fruits, vegetables and mushrooms. Bring us a product request or a specification from your customer. We'll review the available options, packing and shipment timing with you before you commit to your customer.

From your customer's brief to a supply plan

You lead the customer discussion.

Tell us what your customer needs and which details are already agreed. We'll confirm who should receive quotations and updates, which product information you can forward, and how to handle any technical discussion with your customer.

We check what we can supply.

We review the requested cut, grade, packing and shipment window with you. If the exact item is unavailable, we explain what would change in a proposed substitute so you can discuss it with your customer before the order is confirmed.

Planning a mixed shipment

Say your customer needs three separately packed items at 5, 4 and 3 tonnes. At 10 kg net per case, that comes to 500, 400 and 300 cases, or 1,200 cases in total. We then check carton dimensions, gross weight, loading arrangement and reefer airflow before confirming what can ship together.

Product line Net weight Cases at 10 kg net
SKU A 5 tonnes 500
SKU B 4 tonnes 400
SKU C 3 tonnes 300
Total 12 tonnes 1,200

Worked example based on net product weight. Container fit is reviewed separately.

Products to discuss for your next order

Select a product to review its specification and packing options. Tell us what your customer needs and we'll check which products can ship together.

Keep the approved specification with the shipment

When a sample or specification is approved, we use it as the reference for the agreed quality checks. At loading, we reconcile the actual case count and lot information with the packing list. If the load differs from the plan, we review the affected quantities and documents with your nominated contact. For repeat orders, we review any changes against the last agreed specification.

Tell us what you're sourcing

A product name or a short message about your customer's requirement is enough to start. We'll follow up with the details that affect the supply plan.
